Purpose
The Friends of the Delta Public Library District are non-profit organizations
established to assist individual libraries in Delta County.
Goals
• To promote the library in the community
• To provide financial support beyond the library budget
• To gain support for library improvement and advancement
• To create public awareness of library services
• To encourage gifts, endowments, and memorials
• To sponsor cultural programs, events, and activities
• To promote volunteer activities for the library
